Your documents.
Protected by default.

Every file is encrypted in transit, stored under an unguessable id and removed automatically. There is no archive, no ad tracker and no AI training on your documents — the security model is built around storing as little as possible for as short a time as possible.

  • HTTPS/TLS everywhere
  • Automatic deletion
  • No trackers, no archives

The short version

Six controls, on every tool

These are the protections that apply whether you use a free tool anonymously or hold an account.

Encrypted in transit

HTTPS/TLS covers every request: the upload, the form you fill in, the download link and every API call. Nothing travels in clear text.

Transport

Temporary by design

Uploads and results live in a temp store under an unguessable id. A janitor sweeps the store every ten minutes and deletes files that are no longer in use.

Retention

Unlisted and private

There is no document library to browse. A file can only be reached with its own id, and links are never indexed, shared or emailed.

Access

Accounts hardened

Passwords are stored only as one-way hashes. Verification codes are hashed too, expire in ten minutes and allow a limited number of attempts. State-changing forms are CSRF-protected.

Accounts

Payments stay at the gateway

Card details are entered in Razorpay's hosted checkout. We receive an order reference and a verified payment status — never your card number.

Billing

Paid products isolated

E-Sign envelopes and LegalWorkflow templates follow their own rules: signing links are private and expiring, and Legal templates never leave your browser.

Security questions, answered

Is my file encrypted when I upload it?

Yes. Every request travels over HTTPS/TLS — the upload, the form, the download and every API call. Nothing is sent in clear text.

How long is my file kept?

Only while it is in use. Files live under an unguessable id in a temp store and a janitor sweeps anything unused after the retention window (72 hours in the current deployment); opening or downloading a file resets the clock. The Privacy Policy carries the authoritative text.

Can anyone else find or open my document?

No. There is no document library or listing — a file is reachable only through the random id in its own link, and links are never indexed.

How are passwords protected?

Passwords are stored only as a modern one-way hash (Werkzeug's scrypt-based hash). Verification codes are hashed too, expire after ten minutes and allow a limited number of attempts.

Do you store my card details?

No. Card data is entered in Razorpay's hosted checkout and never reaches our servers; we keep the order reference and the verified payment result, plus the billing details you provide for the invoice.

Is OCR uploaded to your servers?

No. Recognition runs inside your browser, so the scanned content is never uploaded for OCR at all.

Do you train AI models on my documents?

Never. Documents exist to run the job you asked for and are then deleted; nothing is fed to models and no human reviews them.

How do I report a vulnerability?

Write to us with enough detail to reproduce the issue and give us a chance to fix it before public disclosure. We acknowledge reports and keep you informed.
